Epic EHR Development Lead

Job Summary

Epic EHR Development Lead is a full-time position responsible for leading the design, configuration, development, and optimization of Epic Electronic Health Record solutions while providing technical and functional leadership across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Epic analysts and developers, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and Epic best practices
• Oversee Epic application build and configuration, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements
• Guide the development and support of Epic integrations and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable data exchange and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration
• 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems
• Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations
