Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Patient Access-Revenue Cycle eLearning Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical eLearning and instructor-led training programs for Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications
• Apply instructional systems design principles and adult learning techniques to create impactful content
• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• Epic certification (in at least one application) required
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching technical systems and curriculum development
• At least 2 years of experience developing eLearning modules for technical systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating instructor-led technical training content
