Epic EMR Product Manager
Job Summary
Partnering with Customer Care stakeholders and Epic delivery teams, the contract Sr. Product Manager - Epic EMR will translate business needs into scalable solutions, leading requirement gathering, defining user stories, and managing the product vision and backlog in a remote role.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering and define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Epic-based capabilities
- Serve as a bridge between business partners and technical teams, driving execution and shaping solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Epic modules such as Cheers, CRM, and/or MyChart
- Preferred knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus
