Epic Grand Central Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Grand Central Applications Analyst, Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to complex technical problems and conducts feasibility studies for system solutions
• Designs system builds to meet customer needs and prepares technical documentation for system users
• Performs troubleshooting on application issues and assists with system upgrades and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of related experience, including 1 year of direct IT application experience
• Must be certified in Epic module(s) relevant to the role within 90 days of training
• Broad knowledge of system development life cycle and application development experience
• Understanding of workflow in central application areas and associated troubleshooting tools
