Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in overcoming complex challenges, the full-time remote Epic Grand Central Analyst will drive strategic process improvements, manage projects, and provide advisory services while leveraging Epic Grand Central expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Epic Grand Central implementations and optimizations for healthcare clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process inefficiencies
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on the use of the Case Management Module

Required qualifications

• Epic Grand Central certification
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Experience with the Case Management Module
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
