Epic Grand Central Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst for a remote contract position through November 2026, who will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting the Epic Grand Central application while collaborating with operational stakeholders and conducting system testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system build, configuration, and optimization within the Epic Grand Central (ADT) module
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient Epic system designs
• Provide tier-2/tier-3 application support, resolving complex tickets and interface issues

Required Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central (ADT) Certification is highly preferred, or Epic Prelude Certification with strong build experience
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on Epic analyst experience focusing on ADT/Prelude workflows
• Strong knowledge of patient movement workflows and integration processes
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and interface errors
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams
