Epic Grand Central Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an Epic Grand Central Analyst II, this full-time remote position will manage builds, testing, validation, and ongoing support of the Epic Grand Central module, requiring Epic Grand Central certification and three years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain, and support the Epic Grand Central module
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Provide technical consulting, support services, and manage complex projects independently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operational areas, or 5 years without a degree
• Epic Grand Central certification required within 90 days of hire if not already obtained
• Working knowledge of operational department areas relevant to the role
• Intermediate skills in communication, organization, and project management
