Epic Grand Central Architect

Job Summary

To enhance the revenue cycle systems, the full-time salaried Epic Grand Central Architect will design, build, and optimize Epic applications while leading solution design efforts and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize Epic revenue cycle applications to meet operational and regulatory goals
• Lead solution design efforts in collaboration with business, clinical, and IT partners
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Required qualifications

• Epic certification in Grand Central application is required
• 4 years of IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with a Bachelor's Degree; or 6 years with an Associate's Degree; or 8 years with a High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in IT healthcare and Epic implementation is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly
