Epic HB Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic HB & HB Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic HB and HB Claims functionality, including claims generation and follow-up workflows
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Patient Accounting and Patient Billing teams to translate operational needs into Epic solutions
• Troubleshoot claims-related issues and assist with system optimization and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Epic HB / HB Claims certified
• Hands-on experience supporting Epic HB in a healthcare environment
• Operational experience within a Patient Accounting and/or Patient Billing department
• Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows, including claims submission and remittance processing
• Experience working with payers and claim edits/rejections
