Job Summary

Managing a team of Hospital Billing Claims analysts, the full-time remote Systems Analyst - Team Lead will oversee claims generation, remittance processing, and denial management while providing technical and functional guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises a team of HB claims analysts and coordinates regulatory updates and edits
• Utilizes feedback from revenue cycle operations to implement corrections to claims and edits
• Collaborates with the Professional Billing Claims team on shared projects and system issues

Required qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, including one year in a senior or lead role, or equivalent education/experience
• Current Epic HB Claims and Remittance certification
• Professional knowledge of IT methods and strategy as it relates to business objectives
• Proficient in project supervision to completion on time and within budget
• Ability to make informed decisions based on various types of information
