Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the configuration of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Healthy Planet Analyst will provide advanced application support, oversee workflow analysis, and manage system enhancements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leads application-specific content configuration for growth projects and new entity integration initiatives
• Oversees workflow analysis, collects data, and produces reports to support technical and business decision-making efforts associated with the Epic software
• Monitors system performance and troubleshoots application issues, ensuring timely responses to end-user inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare administration, computer science, information systems, informatics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Epic certification in the primary build application is required, with a preference for Epic Healthy Planet and/or Epic Compass Rose certification
• Minimum of five years of configuration experience with Epic software products
