Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the capacity of a growing population health team, the full-time Healthy Planet Analyst will build and maintain Healthy Planet registries, support Epic's HEDIS measure build, and assist with contract migration from Arcadia, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Healthy Planet registries and MPM metrics for the network and partners
• Configure and support Epic's HEDIS measure build and care gap work queues
• Own maintenance on existing builds while managing new work, including cleanup and optimization tasks

Required qualifications

• Current Epic Healthy Planet certification
• At least one year of hands-on Healthy Planet build experience in a live environment
• Working knowledge of the registry framework and MPM metric framework
• Experience with Epic's HEDIS measure build and care gap work queues
• Mid-level certification with the ability to run assigned tasks with minimal supervision
