Epic HIM Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic HIM Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the HIM application
- Identify and resolve issues within the application area and coordinate with other application teams
- Guide workflow design, system testing, and implement requested changes to the Epic system
Required Qualifications
- Required certification in Epic HIM Deficiency Tracking, Coding, Release of Information, and Identity
- Prior analyst experience with HIM systems and workflows
- Preferred knowledge of HIM workflows and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of college education and relevant experience
- Familiarity with transcription and scanning workflows and confidentiality guidelines
