Job Summary

Driving strategic process improvement in healthcare, the full-time remote Epic HIM Analyst will manage complex projects and provide advisory services to healthcare organizations, enhancing their operational efficiency and data utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement Epic HIM solutions, focusing on coding, deficiency tracking, and release of information
• Collaborate with clients to identify and solve complex challenges in healthcare data management
• Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of services and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications

• Epic HIM Hospital Coding, Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, and Identity certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
