Job Summary

As a full-time remote Epic HIM Lead, the successful candidate will drive strategic process improvements, manage complex projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, enhancing their operational efficiency and data management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic process improvement initiatives for healthcare organizations
• Manage and oversee complex projects related to Epic HIM services
• Provide expert advisory services to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust

Required qualifications

• Epic HIM Hospital Coding, Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, and Identity certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
