Epic Home Health Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Epic Home Health Analyst will support and maintain clinical workflows and tools for electronic health records, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with operational and clinical teams to meet client service level agreements.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve user and vendor-reported issues
• Participate in and occasionally lead medium to large projects
• Collaborate with team members and other capability sub-domains to manage projects and problem-solve

Required qualifications:

• Epic Home Health/Hospice (Dorothy) Certification or Proficiency
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in clinical support or a related role within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience working with operational stakeholders and/or external vendors
• Direct experience working with Epic in an analyst build role
