Support the current backlog of work and FTE vacancy on the HB/Claims Team
Resolve day-to-day tickets and collaborate with operational owners to prioritize workload
Mentor HIT support staff on pending and complex issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Epic Hospital Billing Certification
Epic Hospital Billing Claims Certification
3 years of production support experience in an Epic Hospital Billing environment
Completion of the Epic certifications listed above
Knowledge of claims logic and experience working with 3rd party clearinghouses
