Epic Hospital Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Epic Hospital Billing Analyst will configure, maintain, and support the hospital billing system while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient data flow and troubleshoot issues related to Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Hospital Billing, including system design, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, ensuring thorough documentation and issue resolution
• Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements, executing all phases of testing and maintaining system documentation

Required qualifications:

• Active Epic certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration
• 1+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
• Ability to participate in on-call after hours rotation
• Experience in projects and upgrades requiring after hours availability as business needs dictate
