Epic Hospital Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Epic Hospital Billing Analyst will manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of the hospital billing system, ensuring efficient data flow and troubleshooting issues while collaborating with operations and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Hospital Billing, including system design, implementation, and security
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, ensuring thorough documentation and issue escalation
• Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements, executing all phases of testing and maintaining system documentation

Required qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration
• 1+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
• Ability to participate in projects requiring after-hours availability as needed
