Epic Hospital Billing Trainer

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Epic Hospital Billing Trainer, the full-time remote position will develop and deliver engaging training programs, manage application support, and facilitate communication between stakeholders to enhance user adoption and operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide testing, documentation, and support for workflows and end-user reports while addressing technical issues
• Create and execute test scripts, implement system updates, and communicate changes to super users and end users
• Design and deliver training materials and schedules for super users and end users, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the implementation team

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing application support experience, including knowledge of Revenue Cycle workflows
• Current Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Certification or Accreditation required/preferred
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for adult learners, including curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently identify issues and develop solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business technologies supporting healthcare operations
