Epic Inpatient Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialty Analyst - Epic Inpatient.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Inpatient clinical applications, including system builds and enhancements
• Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improved patient care outcomes
• Partner with clinical leadership and operational teams to gather requirements and translate clinical needs into Epic Inpatient solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field required, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Inpatient applications in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, including nursing and patient care processes
• Epic Inpatient certification strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with system testing, validation, and documentation in a clinical setting
