Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of Inpatient ClinDoc applications, the full-time Epic Inpatient Analyst will serve as a liaison between end-users and operational leaders, ensuring the effective configuration and support of Epic software in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary support contact for end users, troubleshooting issues and guiding workflow design
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, test, and document medium to high complexity software implementations
  • Maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives and participating in project team meetings to align system capabilities with organizational needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or equivalent experience in healthcare or IT
  • Epic Certification in the respective application upon hire or within 9 months of employment
  • Prior analyst experience with inpatient clinical systems and knowledge of inpatient clinical operations
  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
