Job Summary
Providing day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Inpatient clinical applications, the full-time IT Specialty Analyst will work remotely to analyze workflows, manage system upgrades, and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Epic Inpatient clinical applications, including system builds and upgrades
- Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities for improved patient outcomes
- Develop and execute system test plans for Epic Inpatient upgrades, documenting results and managing related processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Inpatient applications in a healthcare environment
- Certification in Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation or Epic Inpatient Clinical Orders required
- Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, including nursing and provider documentation
- Experience with system testing, validation, and documentation
