Epic Inpatient Analyst
Job Summary
Providing day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Inpatient clinical applications, the full-time remote IT Specialty Analyst - Epic Orders will analyze workflows, develop system test plans, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Epic Inpatient clinical applications through system builds, upgrades, and enhancements
- Analyze clinical workflows to identify opportunities for improved patient care outcomes
- Manage problem, incident, and change management processes related to inpatient clinical systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Inpatient applications in a healthcare environment
- Certification in Epic Inpatient Procedure Orders is required
- Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, including nursing and provider documentation
- Experience with system testing, validation, and documentation
