Job Summary
Supporting inpatient clinical operations, the full-time remote Epic Inpatient Application Analyst will serve as the primary support contact for Epic Inpatient applications, collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to optimize system use and enhance patient care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinicians to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic and associated systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, while assessing and improving workflow processes
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting, ensuring software modifications meet Epic specifications and providing documentation and training as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience if holding a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; or six years with a High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and responsiveness to internal customers
- Knowledge of inpatient clinical workflows and application support processes
