Job Summary

Providing primary support for Epic Inpatient applications, the full-time remote Epic Inpatient Application Analyst will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize system use, ensuring high-quality patient care through technical support, system configuration, and workflow design.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, assessing and improving workflow processes
  • Design, build, and configure Epic system modules, developing documentation and conducting testing to ensure system efficacy
  • Serve as the primary support contact for end-users, troubleshooting issues and participating in cross-functional projects to enhance clinical operations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; six years with a High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a team environment
  • Experience in system design, testing, and documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving patient care delivery systems
