Epic Inpatient Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Epic Inpatient Application Analyst will serve as the primary support contact for Epic Inpatient applications, collaborating with clinical and operational staff to optimize system use and enhance patient care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic systems
• Develop and maintain system documentation, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for application interfaces
• Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring effective communication of project status and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
• Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; or six years with a High School diploma/GED
• Experience in application design, testing, and implementation
• Knowledge of inpatient clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
