Epic Interface Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance integration between Epic and ancillary systems, the full-time remote Epic Interface Analyst will develop, test, implement, and support clinical and administrative data interfaces while providing production support and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure new interfaces and enhancements in Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf Interface Engine
• Troubleshoot technical problems and analyze solutions to support client business processes
• Collaborate with IT teams and business sponsors to identify workflow impacts and provide integration solutions

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or two years of college in Information systems/processing/clinical/engineering with emphasis on analysis/design/process
• Five years of applicable work experience, with three years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current certification in Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine (must be obtained within six months of hire)
• Expertise with healthcare industry standard messaging formats (e.g., HL7, XML, ANSI x12)
• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
