Epic Interface Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of complex healthcare integrations, the remote Senior IT Interface Analyst (Epic Bridges / Cloverleaf) will manage interface architecture and integration solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders, with occasional onsite support during Go-Live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of new interfaces and enhancements to existing Epic and ancillary system integrations
• Troubleshoot interface issues and perform root cause analysis while maintaining a complex healthcare interface environment
• Coordinate integration activities across multiple IT teams and manage requirements changes while providing input into project planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or five additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience in systems integration, interface development, or healthcare applications
• Epic Bridges Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) and Cloverleaf Certification v20.1+ (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Strong understanding of healthcare messaging standards including HL7, XML, and ANSI X12
• Experience participating in at least two major system implementations
