Epic Interface Integration Analyst
Job Summary
To support reliable data exchange between clinical systems and external partners, the full-time remote Epic Interface Integration Analyst will design, implement, and maintain application interfaces while collaborating with various stakeholders and resolving integration issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of interface development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with application teams and vendors to define interface requirements and resolve integration-related issues
- Monitor production interfaces and drive permanent resolution of issues through root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bridges Certification required and must be maintained as a condition of employment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in an IT, systems integration, or interface-related role
- Experience supporting healthcare application integrations and data exchange between clinical systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex integration environments
