EPIC Labs Analyst

Job Summary

Working full-time in Palo Alto, CA, the EPIC Labs Analyst will manage system design and interface specifications, assist with technology implementations, and provide training and support to clients and IT staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop system design and interface specifications based on business needs using structured analytical techniques
• Coordinate with user/IT groups to identify solutions and communicate designs for implementation
• Act as project manager or coordinator for small projects, ensuring smooth turnover and ongoing support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university
• Four years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
• Knowledge of healthcare applications and technical designs/specifications
• Ability to analyze complex factors and select appropriate methods for managing technology systems
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred
