Epic Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

To deliver engaging and effective Epic application training, the remote Epic Learning Facilitator will conduct instructor-led training sessions for clinical and non-clinical end users, support curriculum improvement, and provide real-time assistance during go-live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person settings for clinicians and non-clinical staff
• Facilitate daily training sessions and provide follow-up support to learners
• Gather feedback and collaborate with Principal Trainers to enhance curriculum and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Credentialed Trainer status within six weeks of assignment
• Five years of experience in learning facilitation, training, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on responsiveness and user support
• Adaptability to evolving training content and delivery methods
