Epic Lumens Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Epic Lumens Analyst will design, configure, implement, and optimize the Epic Lumens application to enhance endoscopy and gastroenterology procedural workflows while collaborating with clinical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Lumens application functionality
• Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and clinician satisfaction
• Gather and document business, clinical, and technical requirements from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Lumens and related Epic applications
• Knowledge of endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows
• Proficiency in application testing and troubleshooting
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and operational teams
• Experience in providing end-user training and support
