Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

Epic MyChart Analyst, a fully remote long-term contract position, is responsible for providing go-live support, troubleshooting end-user issues, and ensuring smooth workflows for Epic patient-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide go-live support and command center coverage for Epic MyChart applications
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and collaborate with clinical and technical teams
• Ensure smooth patient experience workflows in ambulatory and inpatient settings

Required Qualifications

• Epic go-live support experience
• Strong expertise in MyChart and patient engagement applications
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Experience with large-scale Epic implementations is preferred
