Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical application systems, the full-time remote Epic MyChart Analyst will plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical software applications while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and maintains clinical application software, ensuring optimal utilization and integration
• Consults with users to assess current procedures and clarify application needs and objectives
• Delivers post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Epic MyChart certification required
• 3+ years of related experience in clinical applications
• In-depth knowledge of clinical application configuration and workflows
• Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
