Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance patient access and engagement, the remote Epic MyChart Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, optimization, and ongoing support of the MyChart patient portal while working full-time to improve workflows and ensure system reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform MyChart build, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements aligned with organizational standards
• Provide operational support, including troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to optimize patient-facing workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Epic MyChart certification
• 2+ years of hands-on MyChart experience (build, configuration, and support)
• Active Epic MyChart certification
