Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

To support an organization's clinical application systems, the full-time remote Epic MyChart Analyst will plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical software applications while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and maintains clinical application software, ensuring optimal utilization
• Consults with users to assess current procedures and clarify application needs and objectives
• Delivers post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Epic MyChart certification required
• 7+ years of related experience with in-depth clinical application knowledge
• Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical application workflows
• Ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with cross-functional teams
