Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical application workflows, the full-time remote Epic MyChart Analyst will plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical application software while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, designs, implements, and maintains clinical application software, ensuring ongoing optimization and support
• Consults with users to clarify program needs, performs workflow assessments, and analyzes internal systems for optimal application utilization
• Delivers post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, while documenting program design and configurations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Epic MyChart certification required
• 3-7 years of related experience in clinical applications
• In-depth knowledge of clinical application configuration and workflows
• Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and Microsoft Office Suite
