Epic MyChart Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Epic MyChart Analyst, the remote contract position will manage the configuration and customization of the Epic MyChart code base to enhance the digital patient experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality to align with organizational goals and improve patient engagement
- Implement and manage customizations within the MyChart Code module, including UI/UX modifications and authentication workflows
- Translate friction points in the patient journey into system specifications and build/configuration requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Epic MyChart certification
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic MyChart and other digital front door solutions
- Strong technical understanding of MyChart application functionality and customization capabilities
- Experience developing or supporting custom patient experience applications that leverage the Epic MyChart code base
- Demonstrated ability to translate user experience needs into functional system requirements
