Epic MyChart Application Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Application Analyst, the full-time role will design, build, optimize, and maintain Epic MyChart functionality while collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders in a 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic MyChart functionality
• Support patient engagement workflows, including messaging, scheduling, and notifications
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic MyChart Certification
• Minimum of three (3) years of Epic MyChart build and support experience
• Experience supporting patient portal workflows and related features
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and workflow analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
