Job Summary

Providing high-level support for EHR applications, the full-time remote Epic OpTime Applications Analyst will lead mid-complexity projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and develop educational programs for end users.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives and projects while acting as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve application issues
  • Develop, implement, and present technology learning programs for end users, assessing their competence during training
  • Maintain a breadth of knowledge across assigned applications to effectively translate customer requirements into feasible options
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field
  • Certification in Epic inpatient applications preferred
  • Experience with EHR applications and project management
  • Ability to work under general supervision and respond to customer needs effectively
  • Strong understanding of service provider/customer accountability in healthcare settings
