Job Summary
Providing high-level support for EHR applications, the full-time remote Epic OpTime Applications Analyst will lead mid-complexity projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and develop educational programs for end users.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives and projects while acting as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve application issues
- Develop, implement, and present technology learning programs for end users, assessing their competence during training
- Maintain a breadth of knowledge across assigned applications to effectively translate customer requirements into feasible options
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field
- Certification in Epic inpatient applications preferred
- Experience with EHR applications and project management
- Ability to work under general supervision and respond to customer needs effectively
- Strong understanding of service provider/customer accountability in healthcare settings
