Job Summary

To assist with multiple peri-op related projects for at least 6 months, the contract Epic OpTime Project Manager will lead Epic OpTime implementations and optimizations in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee Epic OpTime project implementations and special projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Optimize workflows and processes related to peri-operative operations
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience leading Epic OpTime implementations and optimizations
  • Experience with Pediatric ECMO Talis hardware and software implementation or upgrades
  • Previous experience in a large or complex healthcare organization
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
