Epic Orders Certified Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities, the contract Epic Orders Certified Analyst will provide application support, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Orders workflows, collaborating with clinical staff to ensure efficient and compliant patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application build and configuration for Epic Orders workflows, including CPOE, order sets, and decision support
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality
• Participate in system testing, integrated validation, and change management processes

Required Qualifications

• Epic Orders certification is mandatory
• Experience in application support and configuration of Epic systems
• Knowledge of state, federal, and regulatory standards related to orders management
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
• Experience collaborating with clinical staff and ancillary departments
