Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors through cross-team collaboration
Coordinate and lead testing and validation activities for system changes, ensuring compliance with change management processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHR functionality and oversee project management for EHR implementation projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2 or more years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
2 or more years of experience with Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Referral
Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications is required
