Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant, Epic Patient Access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and design patient access and digital engagement workflows to improve operations and patient experience
  • Advise on system configuration and build for Epic's patient access modules and Cheers functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Epic and Cheers solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a patient access leadership role
  • Experience with Epic Cheers functionality and certification in Cadence and Cheers
  • In-depth understanding of patient scheduling, registration workflows, and revenue cycle processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational needs
