Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant, Epic Patient Access.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and design patient access and digital engagement workflows to improve operations and patient experience
- Advise on system configuration and build for Epic's patient access modules and Cheers functionality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Epic and Cheers solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a patient access leadership role
- Experience with Epic Cheers functionality and certification in Cadence and Cheers
- In-depth understanding of patient scheduling, registration workflows, and revenue cycle processes
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational needs
