Epic Payer Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal and external teams, the full-time remote Epic Payer Platform Analyst will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Payer Platform applications, ensuring effective data exchange and enhancing payer-provider workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Epic Payer Platform applications to enable interoperability and enhance data exchange
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users while monitoring system performance and data quality
• Partner with stakeholders and providers to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and drive adoption of Payer Platform capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, Health Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in healthcare IT, health plan operations, or clinical data exchange
• Experience with healthcare data standards and interoperability concepts (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
• Knowledge of payer-provider workflows, including prior authorization and claims management
• Experience supporting Epic applications, preferably Tapestry and/or Payer Platform functionality
