Epic PB Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a part-time engagement, the Epic PB Analyst will assess current PB setups and workflows, evaluate readiness across key service lines, and help define billing best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current PB setup and workflows, and build a roadmap toward a full PB install
• Provide advanced guidance and support to internal teams and clients, improving system performance and user experience
• Document Epic EHR system configurations, workflows, and processes, ensuring accessibility for technical teams and end users

Required qualifications

• Epic certification in relevant application(s) with a proven track record of successful implementations and optimizations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support, implementation, or training within the Epic ecosystem
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
• Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends, if needed
