Epic PB Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Epic PB Claims Analyst will provide developer-level support for Epic's Professional Billing and Claims modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Epic analyst team to support professional billing and claims workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the PB and Claims modules
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Epic PB Certification (required)
• Experience with PB Claims workflows and revenue cycle application support
• Strong problem-solving skills for managing complex billing and claims issues
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
