Epic PB Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, the remote Epic PB Claims Analyst will provide advanced guidance to clients and internal teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to system solutions while fostering team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of client contracts involving Epic EHR software, ensuring coordination between teams and clients
• Provide advanced guidance to improve system performance and enhance user experience for Epic EHR
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes clearly for both technical teams and end users

Required qualifications

• Epic certification in relevant application(s) with a proven track record of successful implementations
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in application support, implementation, or training within the Epic ecosystem
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
• Willingness to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends
