Driving strategic process improvement, the full-time remote Epic PB Claims Lead will manage complex projects and provide advisory services to healthcare organizations while leveraging Epic PB and PB Claims certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Epic PB claims projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with clients to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide expert guidance and support as an Epic Advisor to healthcare organizations

Required qualifications

• Epic PB and PB Claims certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
